In this role, you will guide end-to-end ML initiatives from discovery to deployment, ensuring models are monitored and integrated into daily campaign execution, driving incremental value and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Champion data science, AI, and ML to identify opportunities and enable hyper-personalization in customer engagement campaigns.
• Conceptualize, design, develop and deploy ML/AI models for targeting and offers, from data exploration to monitoring.
• Lead the data science team, manage backlog, priorities, and ensure AI scores support campaign runs.
