Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software/AI engineering or related delivery experience.

• Experience leading technical work and providing architecture direction.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, implementation, and support of AI-enabled applications and integrations.
• Define technical direction, architecture, standards, and reusable patterns for enterprise AI delivery.
• Mentor AI Engineers and Senior AI Engineers across multiple initiatives.
• Translate business needs into practical AI solutions in partnership with stakeholders.
• Support Python-based apps, APIs, and model-connected workflows; enable LLM-enabled solutions.
