Job summary

Aydi Technologies is seeking an ORTH Lead Agronomist, Customer Success for Mexico, based in the Philippines or remote. You will lead onboarding for enterprise accounts, define use cases, train teams in Spanish, and build champions while tracking adoption and outcomes across farms, crops, and teams.

You are an agronomist first who can explain complex AI-driven insights clearly, manage multiple customer projects, and collaborate with sales and solution engineers to grow renewals and expansions.

Qualifications

• Agronomic training or related degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing role delivering results for customers.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the territory and to farms.
• Curiosity about AI and comfort with software; no coding required.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding: lead implementation for new enterprise accounts and pilots in Mexico, including farm/plot setup and data connections.
• Define and configure workflows needed for operations, including irrigation decisions, pest and disease early warning, and harvest timing.
• Train agronomists, field scouts, farm managers and executives in Spanish, in the field and on the platform.
• Build champions inside customer teams and keep executive sponsors informed.
• Track adoption and outcomes, identify risks, and influence renewals and expansions.
