Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an experienced accounting professional to supervise the accounting team and oversee financial operations in Laguna.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely financial reporting, and compliance with BIR requirements while guiding staff in daily tasks. The ideal candidate holds a accounting degree, with 3–5 years of experience and 1–2 years in a supervisory role, plus strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license is an advantage but not required.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, BIR Reporting, and bookkeeping.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, or similar).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Must be amenable for an onsite interview.
• Preferably living in Biñan or nearby cities only.
