Job summary

CrewBloom is seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Recruiter to source, recruit, and hire qualified LBAs for ABA therapy services. The role also supports credentialing, Medicaid enrollment, and accreditation maintenance in coordination with LTE Care Plus.

You will guide BCBAs pursuing LBA licensure in New York, track progress, and ensure active LBAs maintain current credentials and enrollment. Reports to the HR Director.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify qualified LBAs across NYC, Long Island, and Westchester County.
• Post and manage LBA job listings across professional platforms, ABA networks, and university partnerships.
• Conduct initial outreach and screening calls to assess licensure status and availability.
• Coordinate and facilitate the interview process with HR Director and clinical leadership.
• Extend offers and manage pre-hire documentation per policies.
• Maintain an active LBA candidate pipeline to meet service delivery needs.
