Job summary

Colorado Autism Consultants is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to oversee a caseload of clients in Aurora, CO and to mentor developing RBTs. The role emphasizes collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams.

The BCBA will create individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans and provide in‑person supervision, with an optional one day per week remote work to serve a rural Colorado community. A Master’s degree and BCBA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and BCBA certification are required.
• At least two years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to serving underserved communities and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a caseload of 8–10 clients in a clinic setting.
• Provide in‑person supervision to RBTs.
