Job summary

Aggreko in Taguig/San Juan is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to support project administration, procurement tracking, and logistics. You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain documentation, run reports, and ensure data integrity across systems.

The role offers a structured development pathway toward a Project Coordinator position, with exposure to project planning, execution, and stakeholder management, in a dynamic energy services environment.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with a relevant bachelor's degree.
• Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, ERP or CRM is advantageous.
• Strong MS Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Coordination Team with day-to-day project administration activities.
• Maintain project documentation, registers, trackers, and records.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, action logs, and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Assist with project reporting and dashboard updates through Smartsheet and other business systems.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and readily available to stakeholders.
• Support project close-out activities, including documentation and handover requirements.
