Job summary

Aggreko LLC is hiring a Junior Project Coordinator based in BGC, Taguig. You will work with Project Coordinators, Project Managers, Operations, and Finance to support project delivery through reporting, document management, procurement tracking, mobilization, and systems administration.

The role is ideal for fresh graduates seeking a career path in project management, with exposure to planning, execution, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Fresh graduates with a relevant degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Administration, or related disciplines.
Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, ERP, or CRM systems is advantageous.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Support the Project Coordination Team with day-to-day project administration activities.
Maintain project documentation, registers, trackers, and records in accordance with company requirements.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, action logs, and follow up on outstanding actions.
Assist with project reporting and dashboard updates through Smartsheet and other business systems.
Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and readily available to stakeholders.
Support project close-out activities, including documentation and handover requirements.
