Job summary

Aggreko is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator based in BGC, Taguig. You will assist the project coordination team with admin tasks, documentation, procurement tracking, and reporting, while gaining exposure to planning, execution, and stakeholder management. A structured development pathway leads toward a Project Coordinator role.

The role emphasizes organization, proactive collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple work streams through ERP, CRM, and Smartsheet-based tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, PM, Administration, or related field.
• Experience with Smartsheet or ERP/CRM systems advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project administration activities day-to-day.
• Maintain project documents, registers, and trackers.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, and action logs.
• Update reports and dashboards in Smartsheet and other systems.
• Ensure data accuracy across project management systems.
• Coordinate mobilization, procurement tracking, and logistics support.
