Qualifications

• Strong English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency.
• Experience in coaching, feedback delivery, and training facilitation.
• Background in customer service or contact centers.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Willingness to work on-site in Taguig and adapt to schedules.
• Experience in language training or corporate coaching is a plus.

Responsibilities
