Job summary

GAMA Foods Corporation is seeking a Land Surveyor & Development to support its Engineering Department in Baloy, Tablon, Cagayan de Oro. The role involves land/topographic surveys, boundary establishment, and preparing maps and technical reports for construction and development projects.

Required are a BS Geodetic Engineering or Civil Engineering degree and hands-on experience with Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, AutoCAD, and surveying software. Willingness to conduct fieldwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or any related course.
• With experience in land surveying, mapping, and land development projects.
• Knowledgeable in the use of surveying instruments such as Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, surveying software, and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct land and topographic surveys for company projects.
• Establish and verify property boundaries and land measurements.
• Operate and maintain surveying instruments and equipment.
• Prepare survey maps, sketches, plans, and technical reports.
• Assist in land development, construction, and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and government agencies regarding survey requirements.
• Ensure accuracy of survey data and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain records and documentation of survey activities and findings.
