Job summary

GAMA Foods Corporation is seeking a Land Surveyor & Development to support its Engineering Department in Baloy, Tablon, Cagayan de Oro. The role involves land/topographic surveys, boundary establishment, and preparing maps and technical reports for construction and development projects.

Required are a BS Geodetic Engineering or Civil Engineering degree and hands-on experience with Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, AutoCAD, and surveying software. Willingness to conduct fieldwork is essential.

Qualifications

Graduate of BS Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or any related course.
With experience in land surveying, mapping, and land development projects.
Knowledgeable in the use of surveying instruments such as Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level.
Proficient in AutoCAD, surveying software, and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

Conduct land and topographic surveys for company projects.
Establish and verify property boundaries and land measurements.
Operate and maintain surveying instruments and equipment.
Prepare survey maps, sketches, plans, and technical reports.
Assist in land development, construction, and infrastructure projects.
Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and government agencies regarding survey requirements.
Ensure accuracy of survey data and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Summary

The Land Surveyor is responsible for conducting land and site surveys to support construction, infrastructure development, land acquisition, and property management projects. The role ensures accurate measurement, mapping, and documentation of land boundaries, elevations, and site conditions while providing technical support to engineering and development projects.

Qualifications
