The role requires conducting land surveys, establishing boundaries, and preparing technical reports, with fieldwork and site visits as part of daily duties.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Geodetic or Civil Engineering, has experience with Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, and surveying software, and can collaborate with engineers and contractors to

Qualifications

• Graduate in BS Geodetic Engineering or Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in land surveying, mapping, and land development projects.
• Proficient with surveying instruments and AutoCAD.
• Able to prepare technical reports and survey documentation.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct land and topographic surveys for company projects.
• Establish and verify property boundaries and land measurements.
• Operate and maintain surveying instruments and equipment.
• Prepare survey maps, sketches, plans, and technical reports.
• Assist in land development, construction, and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and government agencies regarding survey requirements.
• Ensure accuracy of survey data and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain records and documentation of survey activities and findings.
