Job summary

GAMA Foods Corporation is seeking a Geodetic Engineer to conduct land and topographic surveys, support land development, and coordinate with engineering teams for project delivery and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will hold a BS Geodetic Engineering, prefer licensed status, and bring hands-on experience with surveying instruments and land titling regulations to drive accurate geospatial data for expansion projects.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Geodetic Engineering; licensed Geodetic Engineer preferred.
• Experience in topographic surveying, land development, site planning, and construction surveys is an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS applications, GPS, Total Station and other surveying instruments.
• Knowledgeable in land titling, subdivision planning, relocation surveys, and Philippine land laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical, technical, communication, and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct topographic, relocation, boundary, and as built surveys to support land development and construction projects.
• Prepare survey plans, technical descriptions, contour maps, and geospatial data required for engineering design and project planning.
• Support land acquisition, land development, subdivision planning, and permit processing by ensuring accurate survey data and documentation.
• Coordinate with Civil Engineers, Draftsmen, contractors, and government agencies to ensure survey activities comply with project requirements and regulatory standards.
• Maintain survey equipment, manage survey records, and recommend improvements in surveying methods to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and project execution.
