Job summary

GAMA Foods Corporation seeks a Geodetic Engineer to perform land surveys, topographic mapping, and site development planning for expansion projects. You will ensure survey data accuracy and support land development and permitting processes in coordination with the Engineering team.

The ideal candidate holds a BS Geodetic Engineering and is proficient with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, GPS, and Total Station systems, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

BS Geodetic Engineering degree required or preferred with licensed Geodetic Engineer
Experience in topographic surveying, land development, site planning, and construction surveys is advantageous
Proficiency in surveying instruments and GIS tools is essential
Knowledge of land titling, subdivision planning, and Philippine land laws is desirable
Strong analytical, technical, communication, and problem-solving skills essential

Responsibilities

Conduct topographic, relocation, boundary, and as-built surveys for land development and construction projects
Prepare survey plans, technical descriptions, contour maps, and geospatial data for engineering design
Support land acquisition, land development, subdivision planning, and permit processing with accurate survey data
Coordinate with Civil Engineers, Draftsmen, contractors, and government agencies to ensure regulatory compliance
Maintain survey equipment and records, and recommend improvements in surveying methods

Job Summary

The Geodetic Engineer is responsible for conducting land surveys, topographic surveys, site development planning, and geospatial mapping to support the company's expansion and infrastructure projects. The role ensures the accuracy of survey data, assists in land acquisition and development activities, and collaborates with the Engineering team to deliver projects in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Graduate of BS Geodetic Engineering, licensed Geodetic Engineer is preferred

Experience in topographic surveying, land development, site planning, and construction surveys is an advantage

Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS applications, GPS, Total Station and other surveying instruments

Knowledgeable in land titling, subdivision planning, relocation surveys, and Philippine land laws and regulations

Strong analytical, technical, communication, and problem solving skills
