Responsibilities

Ensure land development projects are executed per approved plans, technical standards, budgets, timelines, and gov't regulations.
Coordinate with civil, surveying, and construction teams to ensure quality and compliance.
Monitor project progress, cost control, and risk management to meet deadlines.
