Job summary

Vena Group is seeking a driven land acquisition professional to drive preliminary discussions with landowners and coordinate with government agencies on titling and registrations. The role requires practical knowledge of land details, GPS basics, and strong negotiation abilities.

You will work under the Project Development Team to identify scenarios, draft documentation, and ensure proper processing of property rights.

Qualifications

• College graduate with land acquisition experience preferred.
• Experience in land acquisition, project management, monitoring, or paralegal roles.
• Comprehension of land details and documentation; basic GPS and Google Earth knowledge.
• Liaising, coordination, site inspection and negotiation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate discussions with landowners or reps on potential lease/purchase transactions.
• Coordinate with government agencies on titling, tax declaration registrations, and property registrations.
• Identify case scenarios related to acquisition of property rights and propose solutions.
• Compile and submit required land documents for LA Legal review and payment preparation.
• Develop rapport with government agencies involved in titling and registrations.
• Manage work programs for property acquisitions and registrations.
• Submit timely status reports and monitor trackers.
• Collaborate with team to ensure LA information integrity.
• Assist Community Relations Officer in resolving land-related issues on ground.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Project Development Team.

Job description

• Coordinate and conduct preliminary discussions with landowners or representatives of the subject properties on potential lease/purchase transactions, with all formal negotiations and closing to be led by the permanent LA team;
• Coordinate with government agencies involved with titling of real estate properties, tax declaration registration, registrations of property interests and other land related applications/processes, limited to maintaining professional working relationships, project introductions, and preliminary discussions;
• Identify and assess case scenarios and issues related to the acquisition of property rights and recommend solutions for possible implementation;
• Compiles and submits required land documents for further review of LA Legal in preparation for payment;
• Establish good rapport with government agencies involved with titling of real estate properties, tax declaration registration, registrations of property interests and other land related applications/processes
• Manage and implement a work program for the acquisition of properties, and various registrations
• Timely submission of update reports and management and monitoring of status trackers
• Coordinates with the other members of the team to ensure the integrity of LA information
• Work closely with the Community Relations Officer and assist in resolving land-related issues on ground; and
• Perform other tasks given by Project Development Team

Pre-requisites:

• College Graduate
• Experience in Land Acquisition related jobs from RE industry or Project Development related jobs, Project Management, Monitoring, and Paralegal
• Comprehension on land details and documentation; basic operation of GPS and Google Earth
