Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of work experience in land acquisition or related role.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate land acquisition opportunities aligned with development strategy.
• Negotiate with landowners to secure favorable terms.
• Coordinate due diligence, including title verification, surveys, and permits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial, technical, and legal viability.
• Build relationships with landowners, brokers, LGUs, and stakeholders.
• Prepare acquisition proposals and documentation for management approval.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of land opportunities and status.
• Support administrative tasks related to land acquisition.
