Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in land acquisition or real estate.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Legal document drafting and documentation management.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to travel for field visits.
• High integrity and confidentiality.
• Willing to be assigned in Quezon & Batangas.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify raw land opportunities for residential, commercial, and mixed-use development.
• Conduct preliminary screening based on location, ownership, zoning, and potential.
• Maintain an updated inventory of prospective land opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, landowners, and market contacts.
• Conduct initial legal due diligence on properties.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Survey, Planning, and Project Development teams to facilitate acquisitions.
• Prepare acquisition documents such as LOI, MOA, Contracts to Sell, and Deeds.
• Prepare weekly and monthly acquisition status reports.
