This entry-level role supports land acquisition activities essential to renewable energy project development, including reporting, documentation, and coordination with LGUs and agencies.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with stakeholders and teams.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office and document handling.
• Ability to apply learnings from academics or internships to real projects.
• Willingness to work both in the office and at project sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist in lands, land rights, easements, and relocation acquisition processes.
• Identify and assess properties, including crops, houses, and structures, for reports.
• Prepare required land-related documentation and submissions.
• Coordinate with LGUs and government agencies on taxes, fees, and document registration.
• Support endorsements and permits applications from LGUs and agencies.
• Maintain relationships with landowners, tenants, and officials involved in the site.
• Manage document transmittals and filing in the management system.
• Update trackers and assist in cost-related reimbursements.
