Job summary

Bonflex Packaging Corp. seeks a Lamination Coordinator to oversee the lamination line, approve completed batches, and ensure on-time, quality production. You will monitor procedures, sign off work, and relay clear instructions to the team.

Responsibilities include reviewing job orders, updating production reports, coordinating with Plant and Production Managers, managing manpower, reporting machine issues, and maintaining 5S and FSSC standards in the department.

Responsibilities

• Approve and sign laminated batches.
• Prepare Production Report and Lamination Production Monitoring Sheet.
• Review backlogs and summarize production output per job per machine.
• Receive direct instructions from the Production and Plant Manager and give clear feedback.
• Review approved Job Orders/spec sheets and ensure completion is on file and in good quality.
• Clarify J.O./spec sheet with Production, Planning & Control and Production/Plant Manager on new or revised structures.
• Disseminate clear information, dispositions and special instructions to Lamination Coordinator, Foreman and Operator.
• Monitor lamination procedures and ensure workers follow instructions.
• Ensure proper handling and operation of all machines.
• Supervise concurrent production runs and assist with troubleshooting.
• Assess manpower availability and tap additional resources as needed.
• Report machine-related problems to the Production Manager.
• Coordinate with Quality Control for non-conformances and initiation of CPAR/ICPAR.
• Coordinate with Production and Plant Manager for schedule priorities.
• Prepare Job Schedule and hand over to Lamination Coordinator and Foreman.
• Monitor and update Department’s efficiency and wastages report.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the Department.
• Conduct 5S before and after shifts.
• Maintain and sustain FSSC standard current version.

• Review backlogs and pending jobs and summation of production output of each job per machine.
• Receive direct instructions from the Production and Plant Manager and give clear feedback.
• Receive and review approved Job Order (J.O.) / specification sheet, maintain it on file, and assures its completion in the shortest possible run, and in good quality.
• Clarify the approved J.O. / specification sheet with Production, Planning & Control and Production Manager or Plant Manager if product to run is new or old structure and/or for revise.
• Disseminate / cascade clear information, dispositions and special instructions to
• Lamination Coordinator, Foreman and Operator.
• Monitor the lamination procedures and work instructions if they are being followed by his personnel.
• Ensure proper handling and operation of all machines.
• Supervise concurrent production run and assist his personnel when in need of troubleshooting.
• Assess manpower availability and have disposition to tap additional resources (ex. Personnel from other areas, materials, equipment, etc.)
• Report directly to Production Manager all machine related problems.
• Coordinate with Quality Control for any query of non-conformed products and initiation of CPAR/ICPAR together with his personnel.
• Coordinate with Production and Plant Manager for priority of schedules.
• Prepare Job Schedule and hand-over to Lamination Coordinator and Foreman.
• Monitor and update Department’s efficiency and wastages report.
