Job summary

Superb Catch Inc. is seeking a Laboratory Analyst to join our team at our facility in Acacia Malabon City, Metro Manila. This full-time role focuses on ensuring the quality, safety and integrity of our laboratory processes and testing procedures.

You will conduct routine tests, prep samples, operate instruments, document results and perform QC checks to ensure regulatory compliance in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; prior lab experience is a plus.
• Experience with lab equipment and analytical instruments.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in food science or marine-related testing is advantageous.

Superb Catch Inc. is seeking a Laboratory Analyst to join our team at our facility in Acacia Malabon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our scientific and technical operations. As a Laboratory Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, safety and integrity of our laboratory processes and testing procedures.

What you\'ll be doing

• Conducting routine laboratory tests and analyses following established protocols and standard operating procedures
• Preparing, handling and processing laboratory samples with precision and attention to detail
• Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment and instruments, ensuring they are calibrated and functioning optimally
• Recording, documenting and analysing laboratory results accurately, maintaining detailed records and reports
• Performing quality control checks on laboratory procedures and test results to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Identifying and troubleshooting technical issues with laboratory equipment and procedures
• Collaborating with team members to develop and refine testing methodologies
• Ensuring laboratory safety protocols are followed at all times and maintaining a clean and organized work environment

What we\'re looking for

• Bachelor\'s degree in Science, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry or a related course
• At least with work experience in working in a laboratory environment, ideally in a technical or quality assurance capacity (but fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
• Strong proficiency in operating standard laboratory equipment and analytical instruments
• Solid understanding of laboratory safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Experience in food science, quality control or marine-related laboratory testing (advantageous)
