Job summary

Trans World Trading Company, Incorporated is seeking a Licensed Chemist or Chemical Technician for our Laguna, Philippines facility. The role involves physical-chemical testing, sampling, and ensuring reliable results in line with SOPs and safety policies.

You will prepare reagents, standardize solutions, operate and verify laboratory equipment, and support method validation. Willingness to work in Biñan, Laguna is required; entry-level applicants are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Licensed Chemist or Chemical Technician with lab experience.
• Experience in a water laboratory setting is preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Able to work as a team player and autonomously.
• Analytical and critical thinking with high drive.

• Conducts sampling, in-house & on-site testing and analyses as defined in the Standard Operating Procedures and in accordance with Safety policies.

• Performs preparation of reagents and test solutions and standardization of volumetric solutions.

• Operates, maintains, and performs verification procedures on equipment used; and reports any damaged or lost equipment.

• Assists in Method Validation and verification procedures as regard in analyses.

• Other related responsibilities necessary for the company and its operation.

Requirements:

• Licensed Chemist or Chemical Technician

• With experience in a water laboratory setting

• With good oral and written communication skills

• Assertive as a team player; but can also work well autonomously
