Job summary

Genfinity is seeking an Associate Counsel (Labor & Employment) to provide legal advisory, compliance, and litigation support on labor matters for the Company and clients. You will work with HR, Operations, and Management to identify risks and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws.

Qualifications

• Licensed lawyer, Philippine Bar in good standing.
• 1–2 years in labor and employment law preferred.
• Experience supporting a fast‑paced employment environment.
• Excellent English and Filipino written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory and compliance support on labor matters.
• Advise HR, Operations, and Management on employee relations and investigations.
• Draft and review employment contracts, policies, handbooks, and NDAs.
• Review client and vendor agreements for labor implications and safeguards.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and opinions.
• Represent the company before DOLE, NLRC, SENA when needed.
• Liaise with government agencies on compliance and regulatory filings.
• Develop/update employment policies and conduct trainings.
• Attend meetings to identify employment risks and advise accordingly.
• Maintain confidential records and manage multiple priorities.
