Qualifications

• Juris Doctor graduate.
• 1–3 years in legal support or related fields.
• Experience in labor and employment compliance preferred.
• Familiarity with DOLE/NLRC/SENA processes preferred.
• Experience drafting legal documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Filipino.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Willing to travel to government agencies and other locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing legal and compliance support on labor and employment matters.
• Assist in drafting employment contracts, policies, handbooks, notices, affidavits, and related documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries, memoranda, and compliance updates.
• Assist in case management, labour dispute monitoring, and disciplinary proceedings.
• Coordinate with HR and Operations on employment-related concerns and escalate when needed.
• Prepare documentation for DOLE, NLRC, SENA, LGUs, and other agencies for review.
• Attend conferences, hearings, and meetings to provide support to Legal Counsel.
• Maintain labor case trackers, legal request logs, and compliance records.
• Organize and maintain legal records, contracts, and supporting docs.
• Assist in labor law compliance training and briefings.
• Support contract reviews with preliminary documentary review and legal research.
• Prepare case chronologies and evidence inventories as directed.
• Identify potential legal or regulatory risks and escalate appropriately.
• Perform other legal, compliance, and administrative duties as assigned.
