Qualifications

• At least Highschool Graduate or Higher.
• Experience in feed manufacturing, animal nutrition, laboratory analysis, or agricultural research is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Good sense of responsibility.
• With Respect to Authority.
• Capable of monitoring day-to-day laboratory and research facility activities.
• Demonstrates an understanding of research ethics, including confidentiality and the proper handling of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulation and preparation of experimental animal feeds.
• Weigh and measure feed ingredients accurately according to research protocols.
• Prepare, label, and store feed samples for laboratory analysis and feeding trials.
• Assist in conducting feeding trials and monitor animal performance, including feed intake, weight gain, and feed conversion.
• Collect, organize, and record research data accurately.
• Perform basic laboratory analyses of feed ingredients and finished feed products.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, research materials, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Prepare technical reports, research documentation, and presentations.
• Assist in implementing quality control procedures and ensure compliance with laboratory safety and ethical standards.
• Coordinate with researchers, production personnel, and other team members to support ongoing R&D projects.
