Job summary

VISEO ASIA in Manila seeks a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Core Java. You will analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production incidents while collaborating with architects, developers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

You will mentor junior engineers, perform code reviews, contribute to system design discussions, and create technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on Core Java.
• Strong hands-on experience with Core Java.
• Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Collections Framework, Multithreading, and Exception Handling.
• Experience with design patterns and software development best practices.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
