GSS HR Solutions Private Limted in Makati offers an on-site hybrid role supporting Kyriba and related financial applications. You will provide Level 2/3 support, monitor integrations, and drive incident resolution.

The role covers integration management with ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA/ECC, data exchange, and collaboration with treasury, data analytics, and vendor teams. Shift is 3pm-12am PHT; hybrid work includes two days on-site weekly.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in IT/Finance/Engineering.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba) and ERP platforms (SAP S/4HANA/ECC).
• Experience supporting system integrations (API, messaging, file-based).
• Experience troubleshooting end-to-end business and technical processes.
• Understanding of secure file transmission and encryption (PGP, SSH, certificates).

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 2 and 3 application support for Kyriba and integrations.
• Monitor application health, performance, and integrations; address issues.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents; perform root cause analysis.
• Coordinate incident management with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Support upgrades, releases, maintenance, and continuous improvements.
