Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years experience in General Accounting with SAP knowledge.
• Graduate of Accounting or related field.
• Knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and SAP System.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Treasury: coordinate check cancellation, reissuance, and related inquiries.
• Issuance and filing of collection receipts/official receipts.
• Facilitation of bank funding requests and manager's checks.
• Support GFS treasury with follow up and bank documents.
• Opening of bank facilities including account opening and government payments.
• Finance operation: assist with Finance Clearance and fleet-related tasks.
• Finance reporting: assist SAP PC and Webforms submissions and annual surveys.
