GSS HR Solutions Private Limted in Makati offers an on-site hybrid role supporting Kyriba and related financial applications. You will provide Level 2/3 support, monitor integrations, and drive incident resolution.

The role covers integration management with ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA/ECC, data exchange, and collaboration with treasury, data analytics, and vendor teams. Shift is 3pm-12am PHT; hybrid work includes two days on-site weekly.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in IT/Finance/Engineering.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba) and ERP platforms (SAP S/4HANA/ECC).
• Experience supporting system integrations (API, messaging, file-based).
• Experience troubleshooting end-to-end business and technical processes.
• Understanding of secure file transmission and encryption (PGP, SSH, certificates).

• Provide Level 2 and 3 application support for Kyriba and integrations.

Location: Makati - Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)

Job type: Permanent with MNC - direct hire

Shift: Mid shift - 3pm to 12am PHT

Responsibilities

Application Support & Operations

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support for Kyriba and its associated integrations, ensuring operational stability and timely issue resolution.
• Monitor application health, service availability, system performance, and integration processing to proactively identify and address issues.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents while conducting comprehensive root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
• Coordinate incident management and resolution activities with vendors, banking partners, and cross-functional teams, including ERP, Treasury, Data & Analytics, and Integration teams.
• Support application upgrades, platform releases, system maintenance activities, and continuous enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

Integration Management

• Support, maintain, and enhance integrations between Kyriba and enterprise applications, ensuring reliable and secure information exchange.
• Monitor and support inbound and outbound interfaces, managed file transfers, and batch processing activities.
• Analyze and resolve interface failures, data synchronization issues, and integration-related incidents across interconnected systems.
• Participate in integration design reviews, testing activities, deployment planning, and post-implementation support.
• Support integrations with external treasury and market data providers, including Bloomberg, FXall, State Street, and other banking or treasury-related platforms.

Delivery & Continuous Improvement

• Participate in Agile and SAFe delivery ceremonies, including planning, backlog refinement, sprint execution, and release activities.
• Contribute to requirements analysis, solution design, testing, implementation, and deployment activities for system enhancements and projects.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience supporting Treasury Management Systems (preferably Kyriba), ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC, or other business-critical financial applications.
• Demonstrated experience supporting system integrations, including API-based, messaging-based, and file-based data exchanges.
• Experience troubleshooting end-to-end business and technical processes across applications, middleware, networks, vendors, and external partners.
• Understanding of secure file transmission and encryption technologies, including PGP encryption, SSH, digital certificates, public/private key management, and related security controls.
