Job summary

Tech Mahindra Philippines is seeking an experienced Application Support & Operations specialist to provide Level 2/3 Kyriba support and manage integrations with ERP and treasury platforms. You will monitor health, respond to incidents, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure reliable financial data exchanges.

Responsibilities include upgrades, maintenance, and documentation to support continuous improvement and secure, compliant treasury operations across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/IS/Engineering/Finance Tech.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba) and ERP platforms (SAP S/4HANA/ECC).
• Experience supporting system integrations (API, messaging, file-based).
• Understanding of security controls, encryption, and SOX/governance.
• Experience with upgrades, patches, interface changes and testing.

Responsibilities

Application Support & Operations

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support for Kyriba and its associated integrations, ensuring operational stability and timely issue resolution.
• Monitor application health, service availability, system performance, and integration processing to proactively identify and address issues.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents while conducting comprehensive root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
• Coordinate incident management and resolution activities with vendors, banking partners, and cross-functional teams, including ERP, Treasury, Data & Analytics, and Integration teams.
• Support application upgrades, platform releases, system maintenance activities, and continuous enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
• Maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, support procedures, and service records to support effective service delivery.

Integration Management

• Support, maintain, and enhance integrations between Kyriba and enterprise applications, ensuring reliable and secure information exchange.
• Monitor and support inbound and outbound interfaces, managed file transfers, and batch processing activities.
• Analyze and resolve interface failures, data synchronization issues, and integration-related incidents across interconnected systems.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and availability of treasury-related data flows across multiple business and technology platforms.
• Participate in integration design reviews, testing activities, deployment planning, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Technology Operations & Foundation (ITOF), Cybersecurity, Architecture, and vendor teams to ensure integration solutions align with enterprise standards and operational requirements.
• Support integrations with external treasury and market data providers, including Bloomberg, FXall, State Street, and other banking or treasury-related platforms.
• Assist in troubleshooting connectivity, file transmission, authentication, and data exchange issues with external partners and financial institutions.

Delivery & Continuous Improvement

• Participate in Agile and SAFe delivery ceremonies, including planning, backlog refinement, sprint execution, and release activities.
• Contribute to requirements analysis, solution design, testing, implementation, and deployment activities for system enhancements and projects.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency, support processes, monitoring capabilities, and treasury workflows.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process optimizations, technology enhancements, and service maturity improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience supporting Treasury Management Systems (preferably Kyriba), ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC, or other business-critical financial applications.
• Demonstrated experience supporting system integrations, including API-based, messaging-based, and file-based data exchanges.
• Experience troubleshooting end-to-end business and technical processes across applications, middleware, networks, vendors, and external partners.
• Understanding of secure file transmission and encryption technologies, including PGP encryption, SSH, digital certificates, public/private key management, and related security controls.
• Familiarity with IT governance, audit controls, SOX compliance requirements, change management processes, access management, and segregation-of-duties principles.
• Experience supporting application testing activities, including upgrades, patches, interface changes, security implementations, and technical enhancements.
• Ability to evaluate and assess the impact of application changes, integration modifications, infrastructure updates, and platform upgrades.
• Previous Kyriba integration or technical support experience is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Kyriba Treasury Management processes, functionality, and system administration.
• Understanding of integrations among Kyriba, SAP ERP platforms, Data & Analytics solutions, Azure services, and Treasury/Cash Management ecosystems.
• Knowledge of external financial platforms, including Bloomberg, FXall, State Street, and other treasury service providers.
• Experience supporting Data & Analytics reporting and financial data integration solutions.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and supporting business-facing applications.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices, operational resilience, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning.
