Job summary

GCash is seeking a qualified professional to lead KYC operations and Aftersales, ensuring data quality and KPI achievement. The role requires a graduate degree and 2–5 years in operations management in a fast-paced FinTech setting.

You will oversee data requests from partners, drive process improvements, and ensure adherence to BSP policies while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a high-pressure environment.

Who You’ll Be Working With

You Will Be Responsible For The Following

• Monitors performance in KYC operations to achieve the targets and ensure data quality.


• Oversee team performance in relation with information clean-up, KYC data requests from partners and stakeholders


• Oversee Aftersales operations, ensure KPI's are met


• Process adheres to BSP policies and compliance to set procedures.


• Drives continues improvements in both internal and external stakeholders.

We’re Looking For

• A graduate degree is required.


• 2 – 5 years of experience in operations management.


• Monitors operations excellence and resiliency to manage multiple initiatives.


• Can work in fast-paced, high pressure entrepreneurial environment.

• Good command of English is essential. KYC QA experience is a plus
