Job summary

Citco seeks an experienced AML/KYC professional to lead the Investor AMLCDD AsiaPac team. You will coordinate daily operations, manage a team of specialists, and escalate issues with clients and local offices to ensure timely, compliant CDD processing. A strong regulatory background and excellent communication skills are essential.

The role emphasizes maintaining high-quality service, ongoing staff development, and staying abreast of evolving AML regulations across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AML/KYC with Private Equity or Hedge Funds exposure.
• 3+ years in people management or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of AML Regulations; Cayman and Singapore experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as central point and coordinator on Investor AMLCDD AsiaPac team.
• Manage team day-to-day ops including complex queries and case handling.
• Staffing, training and development of staff.
• Liaise with local office and clients on escalations.
• Ensure timely and quality deliverables (SLA) and maintain high service levels.
