Job summary

Citco is seeking a senior leader for its Fund Administration COE (CAIS) in Metro Manila. The role involves overall leadership of staff, overseeing recruitment, performance reviews, and ensuring delivery of client commitments across multiple funds.

The person will develop procedures, monitor controls, and drive global process initiatives with colleagues worldwide. The position requires extensive experience in financial services, staff management, and a strong grasp of accounting and custody

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA a plus.
• 6+ years' experience in Financial Services, preferably Fund Accounting/FOF; knowledge of NAV, reconciliations, valuations.
• 3+ years' experience managing people.
• Experience with custody processes and system implementations is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; willingness for mid-shift and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach staff including Supervisors and direct reports.
• Oversee recruitment, performance reviews and capacity planning.
• Delegate and empower team through training and motivation.
• Manage daily operations to meet targets, SLAs and client deliverables.
• Maintain client relationships with Local office counterparts and manage risk.
