Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced KYC/Investor Services professional to support AML/KYC and investor servicing across multiple jurisdictions, with a focus on Hedge Fund and Private Equity clients.

Candidates should bring hands-on KYC and day-to-day investor servicing experience, strong regulatory knowledge of Singapore AML/KYC, FATCA/ CRS, and the ability to collaborate with investors and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in AML/KYC, Investor Services or Fund Administration.
• Hedge Fund and/or Private Equity KYC experience is highly preferred.
• Broad, hands-on experience covering both KYC and Investor Services operations.
• Good understanding of Singapore AML/KYC requirements, FATCA and CRS.
• Knowledge of offshore fund jurisdictions, including the Cayman Islands, would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with sanctions, PEP, adverse media and beneficial ownership reviews.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end AML/KYC due diligence, investor onboarding, remediation and periodic reviews.
• Handle KYC requirements for Hedge Fund, Private Equity and other investment fund investors.
• Review investor documentation in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage FATCA/CRS documentation, including tax forms and self-certifications.
• Conduct sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening, escalating higher-risk cases where required.
• Maintain accurate investor static data and ensure service standards and timelines are met.
• Support AML recertification, investor unblocking, Beneficial Ownership requirements and regulatory reporting.
• Liaise with investors, clients and internal stakeholders to resolve KYC and Investor Services queries.
• Support process improvements, system enhancements, audits and regulatory projects.
• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to junior team members where required.
