Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines seeks a Banking & Wealth Management Operations Lead to guide a client-focused team and ensure risk, compliance, and operational standards are met. You will coach staff, resolve complex requests, and drive process improvements across CRM platforms.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance, with at least 3 years in Banking or Financial Services and 1 year in people leadership. Onsite night shift; joining bonus opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of people leadership or supervisory experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Banking, Wealth Management, AML, KYC, Financial Crime, Investments, or Financial Services.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or Client Central is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working onsite on a night shift schedule.

• Lead a client-focused operations team supporting banking and wealth management activities.
