Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Banking, Wealth Management, Financial Services, Contact Centers, or Investments.
• Strong customer support and communication skills.
• English voice proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Amenable to night shift and return-to-office work arrangement in Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound service requests from clients and advisors.
• Handle account-related inquiries and transactional requests.
• Support wire requests, transfers, and account servicing activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
• Maintain service records accurately within company systems.
• Comply with operational procedures and regulatory standards.
• Achieve customer experience and service delivery targets.
