Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting, Banking, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.
• At least 3 years of client service experience within Banking, Wealth Management, Financial Services, or Investments.
• Experience with Salesforce, Client Central, or similar banking platforms is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality support to banking and wealth clients.
• Oversee daily operational activities including account servicing, money movement requests, and transaction support.
• Drive service excellence through coaching, guidance, and performance management.
• Partner with advisors and internal stakeholders to resolve client issues efficiently.
• Ensure operational processes comply with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor service levels, quality metrics, and productivity targets.
• Support the team's professional development and growth.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting through CRM and Salesforce platforms.
