Job summary

GECO Asia Pte. Ltd seeks a proactive Procurement Practice Specialist with Korean language proficiency to support sourcing projects across the Source-to-Contract lifecycle.

You will shape category strategies, perform supplier and market analyses, and negotiate agreements while leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and accuracy. You will collaborate with clients, suppliers, and cross-functional teams, mentor peers, and contribute to business development, continuous improvement, and knowledge

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement consulting.
• Experience with supplier management, category strategy, sourcing events, evaluations, and negotiations.
• Experience across multiple spend categories is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing initiatives across the Source-to-Contract lifecycle, including RFx events and contract execution.
• Develop category strategies and sourcing pipelines using market intelligence and supplier research.
• Perform financial and commercial analysis of supplier proposals and contracts.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, risk mitigation, and service improvement.
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to align with procurement objectives.
• Champion AI and digital tools to streamline workflows and accelerate sourcing delivery.
• Contribute to market intelligence and thought leadership with actionable recommendations.
• Support business development, including due diligence, proposals, and case studies.
• Mentor peers and junior team members in procurement best practices.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in procurement.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to multiple customer locations.
