Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Shared Services, Customer Experience, or Training Coordination.
• Fluent Korean and English (written & spoken).

Responsibilities

• Translate training materials and content between English and Korean.
• Manage regional training calendar for internal users and suppliers.
• Update procurement platform contents with global/operational teams.
• Gather stakeholder feedback to improve training resources and processes.
• Review case volumes, audits, and SLAs across S2S channels and drive VOC actions.
• Audit PRs/POs for policy compliance and resolve escalations.
• Identify and drive process optimization initiatives for efficiency and service quality.
• Participate in regional/global procurement strategy projects and UAT testing.
