Job summary

Mactan International Clinic is seeking a Personal Assistant / Korean-Speaking Clinic Assistant to provide administrative, patient support, and coordination for the clinic management and medical team in Cebu City.

You will handle scheduling, records, translations of instructions, and act as a liaison between patients and clinicians, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Korean language (speaking and comprehension).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily administrative tasks including filing, encoding, and reporting.
• Manage appointments, calendars, and clinic correspondence.
• Assist management with personal and administrative matters.
• Translate physician and nursing instructions as directed.
• Provide Korean-language assistance to patients.
• Assist with patient registration and serve as liaison.
• Explain clinic procedures to patients.
• Translate patient concerns to medical staff.
• Ensure patients understand instructions from clinicians.
