J-K Network Services is hiring a Korean Customer Success Specialist for a hybrid role in Taguig. Qualifications

• Korean national with permanent PH visa; conversational English.
• Undergraduate or Bachelor degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Experience handling e-commerce accounts is a plus but not required.
• Familiar with CRM and ticketing tools and other performance metrics.
• Willing to work a 3-month contract and in Taguig 3x a week.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer satisfaction for Korean CS team on the Korean e-commerce site.
• Analyze customer feedback and issues to improve service approach.
• Serve as the main point of contact with Korean stakeholders.
• Be the go-to person for issues and concerns of the Korean team.
• Collect and analyze reports to identify improvements for the Korean CS team.
• Develop new systems to improve customer service in Korean.
• Attend meetings with stakeholders to discuss service enhancements.
