Job Description

• Develop and execute content calendars across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Viber, Telegram, etc.)
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging visual and written content aligned with campaign goals.
• Identify, vet, and onboard relevant KOLs, influencers, and content creators for campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and talent agencies.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns - from brief creation to contract negotiation, posting schedules, and performance tracking.
• Evaluate KOL content to ensure brand alignment and compliance with client guidelines.
• Work closely with the accounts and strategy teams to plan and execute digital campaigns.
• Track and measure content and influencer performance using analytics tools.
• Prepare post-campaign reports and insights to assess ROI and future improvement areas.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and influencer culture.
• Recommend new content formats, viral trends, or collaboration opportunities to strengthen campaign impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, and Viber.
• Experience in working with influencers, KOLs, content creators, or talent agencies.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and campaign results.
• Amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
