GOLDEN AXIS GLOBAL ENTERPRISES CORP. is seeking an energetic Entry-Level Specialist to help identify and connect with creators, influencers, and KOLs across social platforms. You will also support business development and brand growth while learning negotiation basics.

Ideal candidates are organized, with strong English and Filipino communication, and a passion for beauty trends and social media. This is a full-time on-site role in Makati, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Active user of TikTok/Instagram/Facebook with creator ecosystem awareness.
• Strong written and spoken English and Filipino.
• Organized, detail-oriented, follows instructions and learns quickly.
• Team player with a positive attitude and adaptability.
• No heavy experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Source and scout creators across TikTok, Instagram, Shopee and Lazada to match our brand & audience.
• Handle outreach, introduce campaigns and start conversations; learn negotiation basics.
• Admin and coordination: schedule posts, share guidelines, track deliverables, keep campaign records up-to-date.
• Maintain friendly, long-term connections with KOLs and affiliates.
• Track and report engagement, sales/GMV results and simple performance summaries.
• Support BD tasks: research market trends, competitors and new partnership opportunities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Source & Scout: Search TikTok, Instagram, Shopee & platforms to find creators/influencers matching our brand & audience

• Outreach & Intro: Send messages, introduce campaigns & start conversations - learn negotiation & partnership basics

• Admin & Coordinate: Schedule posts, share guidelines, track deliverables & keep campaign records up-to-date

• Relationship Care: Help maintain friendly, long-term connections with KOLs & affiliates

• Track & Report: Assist in monitoring engagement, sales/ GMV results & simple performance summaries

• Support BD Tasks: Help research market trends, competitors & new partnership opportunities

WHO YOU ARE / QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree - Marketing, Comm, Business or related fields (Fresh Grads welcome!)

• Active user & understands TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Shopee/Lazada creator ecosystem

• Strong written & spoken English/Filipino - polite & clear communicator

• Organized, detail-oriented, follows instructions &willing to learn fast

• Team player - eager to improve, adaptable & positive attitude

• Must be willing to work full-time on-site in Makati; Mon-Sat schedule
