Qualifications

• 3+ years of knowledge management, documentation, or operational enablement experience.
• Ability to turn complex processes into clear, actionable documentation.
• Strong systems-thinking and analytical approach to process design.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and structure complex healthcare workflows into SOPs and internal docs.
• Audit and refine knowledge base to remove redundancies and gaps.
• Identify recurring questions and resolve them via documentation updates or process improvements.
• Collaborate with operations and compliance to ensure documentation accuracy and alignment with processes.
• Continuously improve how teams access and use internal knowledge.
