AECOM Specialist II, HR Services, Knowledge Management (Fixed-Term) will lead the full KM lifecycle, govern the internal Knowledge Base, and drive content development, system management, and process improvements.

You will work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite per week) and collaborate with global stakeholders, using ServiceNow for KM, advanced Excel skills, and strong documentation practices to deliver high-quality knowledge assets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and/or at least 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools (Word/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience using ServiceNow for Knowledge Management.
• Experience in KM processes, technical writing or copy-editing and data analytics.
• Experience across core HR functions.
• Willing to work midshift and hybrid setup (3 days onsite per week).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate content development with global stakeholders.
• Governance and maintenance of knowledge assets and KM repository.
• Index, revise, update knowledge articles.
• Provide guidance on knowledge creation and tone of voice.
• Format HTML codes into knowledge articles.
• Coordinate translations following standard process.
• KM system maintenance and testing.
• Manage UAT with stakeholders.
• Train editors and content owners on ServiceNow.
