Adaptive Teams is actively seeking a hands-on Klaviyo expert to own email and SMS marketing for a DTC ecommerce brand. You will build campaigns, automate customer journeys, segment audiences, and use data to drive repeat purchases and revenue.

You will develop sophisticated automated flows, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with creative and ecommerce teams to maximize performance across promotions and launches.

Competenze

• Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo.
• Proven email and SMS marketing experience in e-commerce or DTC.
• Experience building sophisticated automated flows and customer journeys.
• Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
• Comfortable analyzing revenue, conversion, open, click, and retention metrics.
• Strong copy, merchandising, and promotional instincts.
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
• Understanding of email/SMS deliverability and compliance best practices.
• Experience marketing consumer products is a plus.
