Job summary

• Wash, peel, chop, and slice vegetables, fruits, and meats; measure ingredients accurately.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment; keep counters clean.
• Unload deliveries and store items properly; monitor and rotate stock.
• Assist cooks during busy service and keep workstations stocked.

Job description

1. Food Prep: Wash, peel, chop, and slice vegetables, fruits, and meats. Measure and weigh ingredients accurately for recipes.

2. Cleanliness: Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and cooking equipment. Sweep and mop floors, wipe down counters, and empty trash cans.

3. Stock Management: Unload food and supply deliveries, then store them properly following safety rules. Help monitor inventory and rotate stock.

4. Team Support: Assist cooks and chefs during busy service hours and keep workstations fully stocked.
