Job description

• Supports kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation,
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment,
• Performing cleaning duties like washing dishes and taking out trash, and managing kitchen inventory.
• Set up and stock work stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients prior to service
• Prepare food items for service: chopping vegetables, cutting meats, mixing sauces, portioning ingredients.
• Monitor food quality and presentation of each dish before leaving the line.
• Restock ingredients and supplies at work stations during shifts to ensure smooth service.
