BEAUTY FOR U INT OPC is seeking a customer-focused sales associate for our beauty kiosk in Metro Manila. You will greet customers, provide personalised skincare recommendations, demonstrate product benefits and process sales using POS systems.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers at the kiosk, identifying their needs and providing personalised skin care product recommendations
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, highlighting quality and value propositions
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Maintain an attractive and well-organised kiosk display, ensuring products are stocked and merchandise is presented to the highest standards
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and promptly
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions and new offerings to communicate effectively with customers
• Report sales performance, customer feedback and inventory issues to management
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive working environment and support collective goals

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in retail, kiosk sales or customer-facing sales roles within the beauty or cosmetics industry, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers naturally and build rapport
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
• Product knowledge and passion for beauty products, skincare and cosmetics
• Excellent customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering outstanding experiences
• Ability to work independently whilst maintaining focus on sales objectives
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays as required
• Reliable, punctual and professional approach to work
• Basic numeracy skills and proficiency with point-of-sale systems or willingness to learn
